Lee-Ann Cudmore, D. Ac

Prior to studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, Lee-Ann completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University, with a double major in Marketing and Management. After a life-changing year – Lee-Ann found her focus and new way of life, in educating and empowering others to take charge of their health. Her goal is to provide people with the knowledge, ability and motivation to achieve their full potential.

Lee-Ann uses proactive, preventative health and wellness care in a way that complements an individual’s needs and current health care regime. Her health care philosophies rise from the teachings of the 5,000 year old Traditional Chinese Medicine – the importance of treating the root cause of illness, while addressing the body, the mind, the emotions and the soul’s pursuit of genuine potential. Often when we are able to discover our patterns of illness they can show us our new path to health.

A true Nova Scotian – Lee-Ann loves the ocean and on an ideal day she can be found hiking wooded trails, roaming her parent’s apple orchard or getting her feet muddy at Blomidon. After being away for the past four years she has a deep respect and love for the beautiful area we call home, and the friendly and hospitable people we call neighbors, friends and family.
